Renato has over 40 years’ experience in an international competitive high technology environment covering system definition, design, prototype realization and production readiness. He has been an active technical consultant for Fresenius Medical Care North America for 5 years, focusing on the development of a wearable kidney. He was actively involved with the Italian Air Force in the design of the communication and navigation systems for the TORNADO aircraft; he supervised for the US Air Force Space Division and also for NATO for the design and applications of the NAVSTAR-GPS program. Mr. Girodano holds a doctorate in Electronic Engineering, a degree in Management from the Air Force Superior College, a degree in Avionics System Design, as well as several NATO and international merits.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mishkin has 25 years of experience in business management serving in a variety of functional areas with varying roles and responsibilities. He has extensive experience in operations, marketing, sales, systems integration, project management, finance and accounting. Most recently, Mr. Mishkin was Chief Financial Officer for California Benefits Dental Plan, a Sun Life Financial of Canada U.S. company. He has a Bachelors’ degree in Philosophy and a Masters’ in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.

Mr. Khamenian has over 30 years of experience in Industrial Design and Manufacturing. After getting a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from Western Washington University in 1985 and having built some experience as model maker at Patton Design, in 1987 he founded Mina Products Development Co. a company that offers full service from product design to manufacturing with “in house” capabilities for rapid prototyping, urethane casting, with fully owned 3D solid molding, injection molding machines from 28-150 tons, compression molding presses 40 and 60 tons, ultrasonic welding machines. Mina offers as well, small to medium level production with steel injection molding tooling. Babek has joined EasyDial Inc. as a partner and the company counts on his experience of COO to fulfill the requirements of the first production ram-ups.
Vice President of Engineering
Rodney has over 30 years’ experience in high-technology product design and development in Consumer, Industrial and Regulatory environments ranging from Product Concept through development, and into mass production. For the past six years he has led the Engineering Group for an industrial sensor manufacturer introducing modern development processes and implementing novel products for the marketplace. He is a veteran of several start-up high-technology companies encompassing Artificial Intelligence, Computer Peripherals, Information Security devices, Data Communications, Wireless devices and Microwave applications.
Director of Media & Communications
Luca Severi is a TV and film producer with a broad range of experience. Luca is a partner in IbiscusMedia, Inc. and is involved in several projects in different fields such as marketing, culture and social. He specializes in video production, which has given him the opportunity to work with some of the biggest production companies in the industry and allowed him to develop content with high humanitarian value. He has reportage in Haiti, Kenya and Kerala (India) due to his background in producing documentaries. Luca is a member of several professional and cultural organizations as well as a solid collaborator of different companies in the media environment, both in the US and in Italy.

Paolo Hartmann, MD

Dr. Hartmann retired December 2010 from the position of Senior Medical Officer, Department of Country Focus Sustainable Development and Healthy Environments, World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Hartmann served with the WHO for 25 years and since his retirement has consulted for the WHO and continues to do so. Dr. Hartmann is a Medicine and Surgery graduate of the University of Bologna. Additionally, Dr. Hartmann has studied for diplomas or certificates in Tropical Medicine, Communicable Diseases, and Epidemiology. Dr. Hartmann has also matriculated in courses for the administration and management of health programs for developing countries.
Maurizio Martelli, PhD

Professor Maurizio Martelli was the Vice Chancellor of the University of Genova (Italy) and a member of the Department of Information, Bioengineering, Robotics and Systems Engineering. Professor Martelli has a long and illustrious career in academia. His roles and responsibilities encompassed much more than educating hundreds of students in information and computer systems engineering. Professor Martelli was an early researcher in programming logic and continued this research as well as counseling other researchers and graduate students. Additionally, Professor Martelli has held several management and leadership positions at the University and in various “think tanks” and conferences where his expertise was demanded.

Born in Genoa, Italy, Professor Deferrari, is a specialist in Nephrology, recognized as one of the highly cited researcher. He has obtained many research grants from Italian Ministry of Research and CNR and has participated in many international and national clinical trials in nephrology and hypertension. His scientific activities are evidenced by more than 280 papers, most of them in international journals, often of high impact. H index is 38 as also reported by VIA Academy that includes Prof. Deferrari among Italian “top scientists” active in the world. Researches are repeatedly quoted in the international literature and have also been presented at International and National Congresses, often through invited papers. Giacomo Deferrari organized many meetings on hypertension and the kidney and diabetic nephropathy. Deferrari is member of the International and Italian Scientific Societies of nephrology and hypertension since 1966. In 2007 he created the Italian Society of Nephrocardiology (SINCAR); President from 2007 to 2010.
